Website films, imagery, text, graphics and other materials may include original work and third-party materials used under licence. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. This notice does not claim copyright in material that is not eligible for protection.

Viewing and sharing links

You may view the films through the website and share links to ÉLÉVÉ’s public pages. Viewing a film, providing an email address or receiving access to a screening does not grant a licence to republish, redistribute or commercially use the film.

Permission for reuse

Unless permitted by applicable law or by the relevant rights holder, copying, republishing, distributing, adapting or commercially reusing protected material requires prior written permission. Please do not present ÉLÉVÉ’s work as your own or imply an endorsement or partnership that has not been agreed.

Third-party assets

Permission from ÉLÉVÉ covers only rights ÉLÉVÉ is entitled to grant. Music, footage and other licensed assets may require separate permission from their owners. A client’s use of delivered work is governed by the applicable written agreement and asset licences.

Legal exceptions

Nothing in this notice limits uses permitted by law, including applicable quotation, criticism, review, fair use or fair dealing exceptions.
